A quick and delicious pasta dish featuring mushrooms and cream. Preparation time: 30 minutes. Serves: 4.
Ingredients:
- 300 g pasta (e.g., spaghetti or penne)
- 200 g fresh mushrooms
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 200 ml cooking cream
- 50 g Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- Olive oil for frying
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions in salted water. Drain and reserve a little pasta water.
2. Chop the onion and garlic. Slice the mushrooms.
3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and sauté until soft.
4. Add the mushrooms to the pan and cook until they are golden brown.
5. Pour the cooking cream into the mushroom mixture and stir well. Let it simmer on low heat for a few minutes.
6. Add the cooked pasta to the pan and mix all the ingredients together. If the mixture is too dry, add a little of the reserved pasta water.
7. Grate Parmesan cheese over the pasta and mix. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
8. Serve the pasta on plates and garnish with fresh parsley.
