Ingredients:
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 3 eggs
- 150 g sugar
- 100 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit).
2. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a saucepan over low heat.
3. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar until frothy.
4. Incorporate the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture and mix well.
5. Gently fold in the flour, vanilla sugar, and salt.
6. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
7. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, until the cake is cooked but still moist.
8. Allow the cake to cool before serving.
