A refreshing summer salad with a mix of fresh fruits, goat cheese, and a sweet balsamic dressing. Preparation Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:
- 2 dl fresh strawberries
- 1 large apple (e.g., Granny Smith)
- 1 ripe pear
- 100 g goat cheese
- 1 dl nuts (e.g., walnuts or almonds)
- 4 dl mixed salad greens (e.g., arugula and iceberg lettuce)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Rinse and slice the strawberries, apple, and pear.
2. Crumble the goat cheese into small pieces.
3. In a large bowl, combine the mixed salad greens, strawberries, apple, pear, and goat cheese.
4. Lightly toast the nuts in a pan to enhance their flavor, then add them to the salad.
5. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
6. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and gently toss to combine.
7. Serve immediately, perfect alongside grilled dishes or as a healthy snack.
