A delicious and moist fish dish, complemented by a rich brown butter sauce and steamed peas. Perfect for both everyday meals and special occasions. Preparation Time: 1 hour

Ingredients:
- 500 g pike fillets
- 1 dl cream
- 1 dl breadcrumbs
- 1 onion
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp dill
- 50 g butter (for sauce)
- 2 tbsp flour (for sauce)
- 4 dl beef broth (for sauce)
- 1 dl milk (for sauce)
- 300 g peas (for steaming)
Instructions:
1. Chop the onion into small cubes and sauté it in butter in a pan until soft.
2. In a bowl, mix pike fillets, cream, breadcrumbs, sautéed onion, eggs, salt, black pepper, and dill until smooth.
3. Shape the mixture into loaves and fry in butter on the pan until golden brown. Alternatively, bake in the oven at 180°C for about 25-30 minutes.
4. To prepare the brown butter sauce, melt the butter in a pot, add the flour, and stir. Gradually add the beef broth and milk, cooking until thickened. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Steam the peas until tender.
6. Serve the pike loaves with the brown butter sauce and steamed peas.
