- 1 packet French onion soup mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 egg
- Black pepper and paprika to taste
- Chopped bell pepper (optional for filling)

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground pork and beef, onion soup mix, sour cream, egg, black pepper, and paprika.
3. Stir in your desired amount of chopped bell pepper and mix well.
4. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
5. Bake in the oven for about 45 minutes or until the meatloaf is cooked through.
6. Allow it to cool slightly before serving.
