A delicious and filling dish that combines fish patty and potatoes, perfect for lunch or dinner. Preparation time: 45 minutes

Ingredients
- 5 dl light cream - 0.5 tsp salt
- 8 potatoes
- 4 eggs
- 500 g minced fish
- 0.25 tsp freshly ground white pepper
- 2 dl chopped dill
- Slices of cold-smoked salmon
Instructions
1. Peel and boil the potatoes in salted water until soft. Drain and mash them. 2. Prepare the fish patty mixture using a food processor or electric mixer. Add minced fish, salt, and white pepper. Mix well.
3. Add cream and eggs to the fish mixture and blend until smooth.
4. Gently fold in the mashed potatoes and chopped dill into the mixture.
5. Pour the fish mixture into a greased baking dish and smooth the top.
6. Cover the dish with slices of cold-smoked salmon.
7. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 30 minutes or until the top is beautifully golden brown.
