Delicious fish balls made easily from frozen fish, offering a tasty option for a weekday dinner.
Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings

Ingredients:

- 450 g frozen fish (ground)
- 100 g melted butter
- 4 dl milk
- 3 eggs
- ½ tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 dl breadcrumbs (for coating)

Instructions:

1. Thaw the frozen fish and drain any excess liquid.
2. In a bowl, mix together the ground fish, melted butter, milk, eggs, flour, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice until well combined.
3. Shape the mixture into small balls and roll them in breadcrumbs.
4. Heat a frying pan and add a little oil. Fry the fish balls over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
5. Serve warm, for example, with potatoes and salad.
