These delicious fish balls are easy and quick to make, perfect for both everyday meals and special occasions. You can serve them boiled or pan-fried. Preparation time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
- 400 g fish (e.g., salmon or perch)
- 1 dl cream
- 1 dl breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 small onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp fresh herbs (e.g., dill or parsley)
- Oil for frying (if frying)
Instructions:
1. Cut the fish into small pieces and place them in a food processor.
2. Add the cream, breadcrumbs, egg, chopped onion, garlic, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and herbs.
3. Blend until you have a smooth mixture.
4. Shape the mixture into small balls.
5. Cook the balls by either:
a) Boiling in boiling water for about 5-7 minutes.
b) Frying in a pan with oil for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
6. Serve with your favorite sauce.
