Delicious fish balls made easily, perfect for a weekday meal. Serve with salad or potatoes.
Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings

Ingredients:

- 350 g fish (raw and cleaned, e.g., pollock)
- 100 g shrimp
- 1 egg
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 dl breadcrumbs (optional)
- Fresh herbs (e.g., parsley or dill) to taste

Instructions:

1. Finely chop the fish and shrimp in a blender or by hand.
2. Add the egg, salt, pepper, and breadcrumbs (if using) to the mixture. Mix well.
3. Shape the mixture into small balls.
4. Heat oil in a pan and fry the fish balls until golden brown on both sides.
5. Serve warm, for example, with a salad.
