A delicious salmon ball recipe that's perfect as an appetizer or main dish.
Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4
Ingredients:
- 400 g salmon fillet
- 1 dl breadcrumbs
- 1 dl sour cream
- 1 egg
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp fresh dill
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
1. Finely chop the onion and garlic.
2. In a pan, sauté the onion and garlic in oil until soft.
3. In a bowl, combine the salmon fillet, breadcrumbs, sour cream, egg, sautéed onion and garlic, dill, salt, and pepper.
4. Form the mixture into small balls.
5. Heat oil in a pan and fry the salmon balls until golden brown on both sides.
6. Serve warm, ideally with a side salad or potatoes.
