A simple and delicious Italian dish made with spaghetti, pancetta, and a creamy egg sauce.

Ingredients:
- 200 g pasta (e.g., spaghetti)
- 100 g bacon or pancetta
- 2 eggs
- 50 g Parmesan cheese (grated)
- Black pepper (to taste)
- Salt (to taste)
- Fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions until al dente.
2. While the pasta is cooking, chop the bacon or pancetta into small pieces and fry in a pan until crispy.
3. In a bowl, crack the eggs and add the grated Parmesan cheese. Mix well.
4. Once the pasta is cooked, drain it, saving a bit of the cooking water.
5. Add the hot pasta to the pan with the bacon and mix well.
6. Remove the pan from the heat and quickly add the egg mixture to the pasta, stirring rapidly to cook the eggs lightly with the heat of the pasta.
7. If needed, add a little reserved cooking water to make the sauce creamy.
8. Season with black pepper and salt to taste.
9. Serve immediately and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
