Delicious fish balls made with smoked salmon, perfect as an appetizer or main dish.
Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4 people

Ingredients:

- 200 g cold smoked salmon
- 300 g cleaned fish (e.g., perch or salmon)
- 1 dl cream
- 1 dl breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp dill (fresh or dried)
- Oil for frying

Instructions:

1. Chop the cold smoked salmon into small pieces.
2. In a bowl, mix the cleaned fish, cream, breadcrumbs, egg, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and dill.
3. Add the chopped cold smoked salmon to the mixture and stir well.
4. Shape the mixture into small balls.
5. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
6. Fry the fish balls for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until they are golden brown.
7. Serve warm, for example with hollandaise sauce.
