Spicy fish balls in a creamy coconut sauce. Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- Frozen fish fillets
- Thai curry paste
- 1 egg
- Soy sauce
- Lemon juice
- Potato flour
- Frozen green beans
- 1 can of coconut milk
- Fish stock
Instructions:
1. Thaw the frozen fish fillets and finely chop them in a bowl.
2. Add Thai curry paste, egg, soy sauce, and lemon juice. Mix well.
3. Stir in potato flour until you have a smooth dough.
4. Finely chop the frozen green beans and add them to the dough. Mix gently.
5. Shape the dough into small balls.
6. Heat a pan with coconut milk and fish stock. Add the fish balls and cook until they are done and beautifully colored.
7. Serve warm with your choice of side dish.
