Ingredients:
- 1 apple
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 fennel bulb
- Water
- Boiled potatoes
- 0.25 tsp black pepper
- 2 carrots
- Rapeseed oil
- 1 packet of pork strips
- 1 leek
- 3 garlic cloves
- 3 dark plums
Instructions:
1. Peel and slice the apple, carrots, and fennel. Also slice the white part of the leek and crush the garlic cloves.
2. Heat rapeseed oil in a sauté pan and add the pork strips. Cook until the meat is nicely browned.
3. Add the sliced garlic, carrots, and leek to the meat. Sauté for a few more minutes.
4. Add fennel, apples, balsamic vinegar, salt, black pepper, and dark plums. Mix well.
5. Pour enough water over the mixture to cover the ingredients. Let it simmer on low heat for about 30 minutes.
6. Serve the stew with boiled potatoes.
