Ingredients

- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2.5 dl low-fat milk
- Boiled potatoes (according to serving size)
- 3 tbsp potato flour
- 1/4 tsp white pepper
- Fresh or frozen fish fillets, such as cod or haddock
- 2 dl low-fat sour cream (2% fat)
- Chopped dill

Instructions

1. Rinse fresh fish fillets or thaw frozen fillets. Cut the fish into smaller pieces.
2. In a bowl, mix the fish pieces, salt, white pepper, potato flour, and low-fat milk.
3. Shape the mixture into patties and fry them in a lightly oiled pan until golden brown.
4. Prepare the sour cream sauce by mixing chopped dill into the low-fat sour cream and seasoning with salt if needed.
5. Serve the fish patties with boiled potatoes and sour cream sauce.
