Ingredients:

- ½ kg ground perch fish
- 150 g butter
- 50 g crustless French bread
- 3-4 dl cream
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit).
2. Finely chop the French bread and melt the butter. In a bowl, combine the French bread, butter, ground fish, eggs, cream, and sugar. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and smooth the surface.
4. Bake in the oven for about 30-40 minutes until the meatloaf is cooked through and the top is a beautiful golden brown.
5. Allow to cool slightly before serving. You can serve the meatloaf warm or cold.
