A delicious and simple fish dish with pike as the main ingredient. This egg-free and gluten-free fish loaf is flavored with dill and served with a tasty hollandaise sauce.
Preparation Time: 1-1.5 hours (cooking)
Serving Size: 4-6 servings

Ingredients:

- 400 g pike (skin removed)
- 1 1/2 tbsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp ground white pepper
- 1/2 tbsp potato flour
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 500 ml heavy cream
- Dill (to taste)
- Breadcrumbs for greasing the baking dish
- A larger dish for water bath

Instructions:

1. Grind the pike in a food processor until smooth.
2. Add salt, white pepper, potato flour, melted butter, heavy cream, and dill. Blend until well combined.
3. Grease a baking dish and dust it with breadcrumbs.
4. Place the dish in a water bath and fill it with the fish mixture.
5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 30 minutes or until the fish loaf is cooked through.
6. Serve with hollandaise sauce or your preferred sauce.
