Ingredients:
- 500 g small perch
- 1 liter water
- 2 potatoes
- 1 onion
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Fresh dill for garnish
Instructions:
1. Clean and fillet the perch.
2. Peel and chop the potatoes and onion.
3. Bring the water to a boil in a pot and add the potatoes and onion. Cook for about 10 minutes.
4. Add the perch to the soup and season with salt and black pepper.
5. Let the soup simmer for another 5-7 minutes until the perch is cooked through.
6. Serve the soup garnished with fresh dill.
