Ingredients:
- 1-2 pickles
- 600 g ground turkey
- 50 g cream cheese
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 3 hard-boiled eggs
- Salt to taste
- 2 cloves garlic (or powdered version)
- 15 cm leek
- 2 eggs
- A splash of cream
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
2. Chop the pickles into small pieces.
3. Slice the leek and press the garlic.
4. Cut the cream cheese into small pieces.
5. In a bowl, mix the ground turkey, pickles, leek, garlic, cream cheese, black pepper, eggs, and cream. Add salt to taste.
6. Shape the mixture into a meatloaf and place it in a baking dish.
7. Bake in the oven for about 30-35 minutes or until the meatloaf is cooked and golden brown.
8. Let it rest for a moment before serving.
