Ingredients:
- ½ cantaloupe melon
- ½ honeydew melon
- 1 cucumber
- 200 g feta cheese
- 1 dl fresh mint leaves
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Cut the cantaloupe and honeydew melons into small cubes.
2. Slice the cucumber into thin rounds.
3. Crumble the feta cheese into small pieces.
4. In a large bowl, combine the melon cubes, cucumber slices, and crumbled feta.
5. Chop the mint leaves and add them to the salad.
6. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and pepper.
7. Pour the dressing over the salad and gently toss to combine.
