Delicious Winter Tacos with Härkis-Black Bean Filling

Ingredients:
- 6 soft taco shells
- 200 g Härkis product
- 1 can black beans
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 red cabbage
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh cilantro (optional)
Instructions:
1. Rinse the black beans and drain well.
2. Finely chop the onion and garlic. Sauté them in olive oil in a pan until softened.
3. Add Härkis, black beans, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper to the pan. Cook for a few minutes until all ingredients are well combined and heated through.
4. Slice the red cabbage into thin strips. Mix with lime juice and olive oil, allowing it to marinate for about 10-15 minutes.
5. Heat the taco shells on a pan or in the oven.
6. Fill the warm tacos with the Härkis-black bean filling and top with the marinated red cabbage.
7. Garnish with fresh cilantro if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!
