A delicious vegetarian pasta sauce made from broad bean preparation, perfect to pair with your favorite pasta!

Ingredients:

- 300 g Härkis
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 can (400 g) crushed tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 250 g pasta (such as spaghetti or penne)
- Fresh basil for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions and drain.
2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the onion and garlic until soft.
3. Add the diced red bell pepper to the pan and cook for a few minutes until softened.
4. Stir in the Härkis and sauté for a few minutes.
5. Pour the crushed tomatoes into the pan and season with oregano, salt, and black pepper. Let the sauce simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes.
6. Mix the cooked pasta into the sauce and heat through for a moment.
7. Serve garnished with fresh basil if desired.
