A delicious and hearty burrito that even meat-lovers will adore! Easy to prepare and a perfect option for a vegetarian diet.

Serving Size: 4 burritos
Ingredients:
- 400 g Härkis
- 4 large tortillas
- 1 can black beans (approx. 400 g)
- 1 cauliflower (chopped)
- 1 red onion (finely chopped)
- 1 bell pepper (diced)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1-2 chili peppers (to taste, minced)
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 100 g shredded cheese (e.g., cheddar or vegan alternative)
- Avocado (optional, for serving)
- Fresh cilantro (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Heat a pan over medium heat and add a little oil. Add the red onion, garlic, and chili, and sauté for about 2 minutes.
2. Add the diced bell pepper and chopped cauliflower to the pan. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
3. Stir in the Härkis, black beans, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well and cook for a few more minutes until all ingredients are heated through.
4. Place about 1/4 of the filling in the center of each tortilla and sprinkle with cheese. Fold the burrito tightly.
5. Heat the burritos in the pan for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
6. Serve the burritos with avocado and fresh cilantro if desired.
