A delicious plant-based burger made from faba beans, perfect for a healthy meal.

Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 400 g Härkis (faba beans)
- 1 dl breadcrumbs
- 1 dl chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic (chopped)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 egg (optional, for binding)
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix together Härkis, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, salt, black pepper, paprika powder, and oregano.
2. If using, add the egg and mix until well combined.
3. Shape the mixture into patties according to your preference.
4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
5. Fry the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until they are golden brown.
6. Serve warm, for example with salad or bread.
