Härkispihvit (Plant-Based Patties)

Serving Size: 4 patties
Ingredients:
- 200 g Härkis (plant-based protein)
- 1 dl breadcrumbs
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 2 tbsp oil for frying
Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onion and garlic until soft.
2. In a bowl, mix Härkis, sautéed onion and garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, black pepper, and paprika powder.
3. Shape the mixture into patties.
4. Fry the patties in the pan over medium heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
5. Serve the patties with a side salad or on bread.
