Serving Size: Approximately 200 g of powder
Ingredients:
- 300 g fresh chicory roots Instructions:
1. Gather fresh chicory roots from the forest, ensuring they are clean and of good quality.2. Wash the roots thoroughly and dry them with a paper towel.
3. Cut the roots into smaller pieces.
4. Place the pieces in a dehydrator or an oven set to 50-60 °C (122-140 °F) and dry for about 2 hours, until they are completely dry and crumbly.
5. Allow the dried roots to cool.
6. Grind the dried chicory roots in a spice grinder or blender until you achieve a fine powder.
7. Transfer the powder to a clean spice jar and store in a dry place.
