A delightful and refreshing sorbet made quickly from frozen mango cubes, carrot juice, and passion fruit. Perfect for warm spring days!

Serving Size: 4 servings

Ingredients:

- 500 g frozen mango cubes
- 2 tbsp mild protein powder (optional)
- 1 tsp fresh grated ginger
- 1.5 dl carrot juice (about 4 medium carrots)
- 2 passion fruits

Instructions:

1. Juice the carrots and pour the juice into a food processor or blender.
2. Add the frozen mango cubes, grated ginger, and optional protein powder.
3. Blend the ingredients until smooth, but avoid over-blending.
4. Scrape down the sides of the bowl if necessary to ensure everything is well combined.
5. Add the pulp of the passion fruits and quickly stir to combine.
6. Scoop the sorbet into serving bowls and enjoy immediately. If desired, you can transfer the servings to the freezer for a firmer texture.
