An easy and fun way to make delicious raspberry ice cream in a plastic bag. This recipe is perfect for cooking with kids!
Preparation Time: 15 minutes + freezing time
Serving Size: 4 servings

Ingredients:

- 200 g fresh or frozen raspberries
- 2 dl heavy cream
- 1 dl sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions:

1. Blend the raspberries with an immersion blender or in a food processor until smooth.
2. Add sugar, vanilla sugar, and lemon juice to the raspberry puree. Mix well.
3. Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form and gently fold it into the raspberry mixture.
4. Pour the mixture into a resealable plastic bag and seal tightly.
5. Place the bag in the freezer and let it freeze for at least 4 hours or until completely solid.
6. Remove the bag from the freezer and squeeze the ice cream directly into a serving bowl or measuring cup.
7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
