A delicious lime chicken recipe that combines the kick of dried lime and chili powder with a mildly spiced yogurt. Perfect for a delightful dinner!Preparation Time: 4 hours (includes marinating)

Ingredients:
- 4 pieces of skin-on, bone-in chicken thighs
- 1 teaspoon dried lime powder
- 1 teaspoon Kashmiri chili powder (or ¼ teaspoon regular chili powder)
- ½ teaspoon ground turmeric
- A pinch of black pepper
- Salt to taste
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- About ½ cup plain full-fat yogurt
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix together the dried spices (lime powder, chili powder, turmeric, black pepper, salt) and minced garlic.
2. Add the spice mixture to the yogurt and stir well to combine.
3. Place the chicken thighs in a dish and pour the yogurt marinade over them. Rub the marinade thoroughly over the chicken skin and under the skin.
4. Cover the dish and refrigerate for about 3-4 hours to marinate.
5. Take the chicken out of the fridge and let it sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes before cooking.
6. Bake in the oven at 200°C (400°F) for about 35-40 minutes or grill until cooked through.
7. Serve with your favorite side dishes.
