Ingredients:
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 small red onion, finely chopped
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)
- Tortilla chips
Instructions:
1. Cut the avocados in half and remove the pit. Scoop the flesh into a bowl.
2. Add lime juice, chopped red onion, diced tomato, and minced garlic to the avocados.
3. Mash all the ingredients together until smooth. You can use a fork or an immersion blender for a creamier texture.
4. Season the guacamole with salt, black pepper, and fresh cilantro if desired.
5. Serve the guacamole with tortilla chips. Enjoy!
