Ingredients:
- 300 g octopus
- 2 tablespoons miso mayonnaise
- 200 g salmon
- 100 g shrimp
- 1 avocado
- 200 g pork belly
- 2 tablespoons BBQ sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 potato (for crisping)
- Fresh herbs for garnish (such as parsley or cilantro)
Instructions:
1. Cook the octopus: Boil it in salted water for about 30 minutes or until tender.
2. Prepare the miso mayonnaise by mixing miso paste and mayonnaise together.
3. Make the ceviche: Dice the salmon and avocado, mix with shrimp, and season with salt and pepper.
4. Sauté the pork belly in olive oil until golden brown. Add BBQ sauce and let simmer for another 5 minutes.
