Ingredients:
- 8 langoustines (fresh or frozen) - 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the grill to medium heat. 2. Clean the langoustines thoroughly and pat them dry.
3. In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
4. Brush the langoustines with the oil mixture.
5. Place the langoustines on the grill and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until they are cooked through and have nice grill marks.
6. Remove the langoustines from the grill and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
7. Serve immediately, ideally with fresh bread and a salad.
