Ingredients:
- 1 whole fish (approximately 1.5 kg)
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 lime juices
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 red chili, chopped
- 1 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 bunch fresh mint, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Clean and rinse the fish thoroughly, ensuring the innards are removed.
2. Prepare the marinade: Combine oil, lime juice, fish sauce, sugar, crushed garlic, and chopped chili in a bowl.
3. Rub the marinade onto the fish's surface and inside. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
4. Preheat your grill to medium heat. You can use a grilling rack or foil to support the fish.
5. Grill the fish for about 6-8 minutes on each side or until the fish is cooked through and has a beautiful golden-brown color.
6. Remove the fish from the grill and garnish with fresh cilantro and mint before serving.
