Ingredients:
- 1 kg pork tenderloin or pork shoulder
- Salt
- Pepper
- Glaze:
- 1 blood grapefruit
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons grapefruit juice
- For cooking:
- Butter
- Oil
Instructions:
1. Season the pork tenderloin with salt and pepper.
2. Heat a pan over medium heat and add butter and oil.
3. Sear the pork on all sides until golden brown.
4. Squeeze the juice from the blood grapefruit and zest a little from the skin.
5. In a bowl, mix together honey, grapefruit juice, and the zest.
6. Pour the glaze over the browned pork and let it simmer on low heat for about 20-30 minutes, until the meat is cooked through.
7. Allow the meat to rest for a moment before slicing and serving.
