Ingredients:
- Frisée lettuce - Arugula
- Spring onion
- Ripe cauliflower
- Celery
- Honeydew melon
- Cucumber
- Feta cheese
- Crispy bacon
Dressing:
- Extra virgin olive oil - Dark balsamic vinegar
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Sugar
Instructions:
1. Wash and slice the frisée lettuce, arugula, spring onion, cauliflower, celery, honeydew melon, and cucumber.2. Crumble the feta cheese and add it to the salad.
3. Cook the bacon until crispy in a cast iron skillet and transfer it to a paper towel to drain.
4. Mix the dressing ingredients in a bowl.
5. Combine all salad ingredients and dressing in a large bowl.
6. Add the crispy bacon just before serving.
