These delicious garlic rolls are a perfect addition to any meal or just for snacking. They are gluten-free and packed with flavorful garlic.
Preparation Time: 1 hour (including rising)
Serving Size: 12 rolls

Ingredients:

- 500 g gluten-free flour blend
- 1 packet of dry yeast (about 11 g)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 300 ml warm water
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 3-4 cloves of garlic, crushed
- 1 tbsp dried oregano (optional)

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, mix the gluten-free flour blend, dry yeast, salt, and sugar together.
2. Add the warm water and olive oil to the mixture. Stir well until the dough is smooth.
3. Incorporate the crushed garlic and oregano, and mix again.
4. Cover the bowl with a cloth and let the dough rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
5. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (392 degrees Fahrenheit).
6. Divide the dough into 12 portions and shape them into rolls. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
7. Allow the rolls to rise for another 15-20 minutes.
8. Bake the rolls in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, until they are beautifully golden brown.
9. Let them cool for a moment before serving.
