Ingredients
- 2 red tomatoes - 2 yellow tomatoes
- 2 cloves of garlic
- ½ onion
- ½ cucumber
Dressing:
- 1 part garlic vinegar or red wine vinegar
- 3 parts olive oil
- Oregano
- Freshly ground black pepper
- A pinch of salt
- A splash of lemon juice
Instructions
1. Cut the tomatoes into wedges, slice the onion, and halve the cucumber before slicing it. 2. Mix all the vegetables in a large bowl.
3. Prepare the dressing by placing all the dressing ingredients in a jar.
4. Shake the jar well until the dressing is combined.
5. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix thoroughly.
6. Allow the salad to marinate in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes before serving.
