A simple and delicious chicken stew perfect for a family dinner.

Ingredients:
- 500 g chicken breast fillets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 bell pepper
- 200 ml crushed tomatoes
- 100 ml chicken broth
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add diced chicken breast fillets and cook until golden brown.
3. Add chopped onion, minced garlic, and diced bell pepper. Sauté for about 5 minutes until the vegetables soften.
4. Pour in crushed tomatoes and chicken broth. Add oregano, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
5. Let the stew simmer on low heat for about 20 minutes with the lid on.
6. Serve garnished with fresh parsley.
