A quick and delicious salad made with fresh mushrooms. A perfect side dish to accompany fish! Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 250 g fresh mushrooms - 100 ml olive oil
- Juice of half a lemon
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions:
1. Clean the mushrooms and slice them thinly. 2. In a bowl, mix together the olive oil and lemon juice.
3. Add the sliced mushrooms to the oil-lemon mixture and stir well.
4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
5. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
