A delightful sushi bento that brings the flavors of Japanese culture to your lunch box or picnic.

Ingredients:
- 200 g sushi rice
- 2.5 dl water
- 3 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 100 g fresh salmon (or other fish)
- 1 avocado
- 1 cucumber
- 4 sheets nori
- Soy sauce for serving
- Wasabi for serving
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions:
1. Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear. Combine the rice and water in a pot and cook on low heat with the lid on for about 15 minutes.
2. In a small bowl, mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt until dissolved. Gently fold this mixture into the cooked rice.
3. Slice the salmon, avocado, and cucumber into thin strips.
4. Place a sheet of nori on a flat surface. Spread a layer of rice evenly over the nori, leaving a border at the edges.
5. Arrange slices of salmon, avocado, and cucumber on top of the rice.
6. Roll the nori tightly into a cylinder and cut into bite-sized pieces with a sharp knife.
7. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve with soy sauce and wasabi.
