A delicious combination of sweet beetroot and salty feta, perfect for Halloween gatherings. Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 4 slices of rye bread - 200 g cooked beetroot
- 100 g feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil or parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cut the cooked beetroot into small cubes. 2. Crumble the feta cheese into a bowl and add the beetroot cubes.
3. Add olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
4. Lightly toast the rye bread slices.
5. Spread the beetroot-feta mixture on the toasted bread.
6. Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
