Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 dl rolled oats
- 2 dl milk (or plant-based milk)
- 1 banana
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- A pinch of salt
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix the rolled oats and milk. Let the mixture soak for about 10 minutes.
2. Mash the banana with a fork and add it to the soaked oat mixture.
3. Add the egg, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and salt. Mix well until the batter is smooth.
4. Heat a frying pan and add a little oil.
5. Pour portions of the batter onto the pan and cook the pancakes for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
6. Serve the pancakes with your favorite toppings, such as berries or maple syrup.
