Ingredients
- 200 g cooked wheat noodles - 4 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 dl panko breadcrumbs
- Salt
- White pepper
- 12 cleaned escargots
Instructions
1. Mix room temperature butter and panko breadcrumbs together. Season the mixture with salt and white pepper. 2. Place the escargots in a skillet and cover them with the prepared butter-panko mixture.
3. Bake the escargots in a preheated oven at 250°C (482°F) for about 5 minutes, until the top is beautifully golden brown.
4. Meanwhile, cook the noodles until tender and toss them with sesame oil.
5. Serve the escargots on top of the noodles and drizzle with the cooking sauce.
