Homemade chicken nuggets with a delicious and crispy texture using Japanese panko breadcrumbs that kids will love.

Ingredients:

- 500 g chicken breast fillets
- 1 dl all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 2 dl panko breadcrumbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp paprika powder (optional)
- Oil for frying

Instructions:

1. Cut the chicken breast fillets into bite-sized pieces.
2. Season the flour with salt, pepper, and paprika powder.
3. In a bowl, crack the eggs and whisk them lightly.
4. Prepare three bowls: place the seasoned flour in one, the whisked eggs in another, and the panko breadcrumbs in the third.
5. Dip the chicken pieces first in the flour, then in the eggs, and finally coat them well with the panko breadcrumbs.
6. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the nuggets until golden brown and crispy, about 4-5 minutes per side.
7. Remove the nuggets and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil.
