Healthy Chicken Nuggets (No Deep Frying)

Delicious and crispy chicken nuggets made without excess fat, perfect for snacking. They are juicy and flavorful, especially paired with your favorite dipping sauce. Preparation Time: 40 minutes

Ingredients:
- 500 g chicken breast or fillet
- 3 dl plain yogurt
- 200 g tortilla chips
- 1 tsp white pepper
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 0.5 tsp salt
Instructions:
1. If needed, pound the chicken slightly thinner and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
2. On a plate, combine white pepper, paprika powder, chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
3. Crush the tortilla chips into a fine crumb and add them to the spice mixture.
4. Pour the yogurt into a bowl and coat the chicken pieces thoroughly with it.
5. Dredge the yogurt-coated chicken in the spice and crushed tortilla mixture until well coated.
6. Carefully place the coated chicken nuggets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
7. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for about 30 minutes, flipping the nuggets halfway through cooking.
