Delicious and easy-to-make chicken nuggets made from ground chicken, seasoned to your liking. Crispy and tasty, perfect for dipping. Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
- 500 g ground chicken - 1 tbsp red chili paste
- 1/2 dl fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 dl panko breadcrumbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, combine the ground chicken, red chili paste, chopped cilantro, salt, and pepper. Mix well.2. Shape the mixture into small nuggets using your hands.
3. Roll the nuggets in panko breadcrumbs until well coated.
4. Place the nuggets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Lightly spray oil over them.
5. Bake in the oven at 200°C (400°F) for about 15-20 minutes, until the nuggets are golden brown and crispy. Flip the nuggets halfway through cooking.
6. Serve warm with avocado dip, sriracha mayonnaise, or any dips of your choice.
