Ingredients:
For the Avocado Dip:- 2 ripe avocados
- 200 g Greek yogurt
- 1-2 tablespoons red chili paste
- Fresh cilantro
- Salt to taste
For the Sriracha Mayonnaise:
- 200 g mayonnaise
- 1-2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
- Lemon juice to taste
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Avocado Dip:- Halve the avocados, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
- Add Greek yogurt, red chili paste, and fresh cilantro.
- Season with salt and blend all ingredients until smooth.
2. Prepare the Sriracha Mayonnaise:
- In a bowl, combine mayonnaise and Sriracha sauce.
- Add lemon juice and salt to taste, and mix well.
3. Serve:
- Serve the dips with homemade chicken nuggets and enjoy!
