Delicious chicken nuggets that are perfect as a side dish for soups or salads. Easy and quick to prepare!

Ingredients

- 2 dl all-purpose flour
- 2 dl breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp lemon pepper
- 480 g chicken tenders
- 1 tbsp seasoning salt
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp paprika powder

Instructions

1. Cut the chicken tenders into small pieces.
2. In a bowl, mix the all-purpose flour with lemon pepper and seasoning salt.
3. In another bowl, crack the eggs and lightly beat them.
4. In a third bowl, combine the breadcrumbs with paprika powder.
5. Dip the chicken pieces first into the flour mixture, then into the eggs, and finally into the breadcrumb mixture.
6. Fry the nuggets in oil over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes, until they are golden brown and cooked through.
