Ingredients:
- 200 g feta cheese
- 150 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- 100 g black olives
- 1 avocado
- 1 bunch fresh basil
- 4 dl mixed salad greens
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Rinse and chop the cherry tomatoes and cucumber into small pieces.
2. Slice the avocado and feta cheese.
3. In a large bowl, combine the mixed salad greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, avocado, feta cheese, and black olives.
4. Tear the fresh basil into the salad.
5. In a separate bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
6. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently.
7. Allow the salad to sit for a moment to let the flavors meld before serving.
