Instructions:

1. Boil water in a saucepan and add vinegar.
2. Crack one egg into a cup and gently pour it into the boiling water. Repeat with the second egg.
3. Cook the eggs for about 3-4 minutes, until they reach your desired doneness.
4. Toast the slices of bread in a skillet with olive oil until golden brown and crispy.
